If your genuine Whelen Engineering audible or visual warning system fails to operate as it was intended, our service division will be there to assist you.

For warranty replacements such as strobe tubes, rotating beacon assemblies, siren drivers, etc., you can take advantage of our parts exchange program.  Simply provide us with the part number or model number of the part that has failed, and our service division will ship a replacement part to you. This service is provided to you and your department at no charge providing the failed parts are under the factory warranty period. You will only be billed for the replacement part if the defective part is not returned within 30 days.

For more complex warranty issues such as complete warning system failures, siren amplifier problems, or strobe power supply failures, an authorized Whelen service technician will come directly to your department and make any repairs that may be needed. This service is provided to you and your department at no charge providing the failed parts are under the factory warranty period.

For non-warranty service of any genuine Whelen Engineering component on your vehicle, an authorized Whelen service technician can assist you at your department.  Rates will be determined based on individual needs.
